Perched atop our grand 19th-century mansion, the New Victorian Penthouse is a private full-floor apartment that once served as the sleeping quarters for the estate’s staff. Today, it’s a charming and cozy retreat—perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a unique and spacious getaway.

This third-floor walk-up includes four bedrooms:

Dayton Room – Queen bed

Grand Room – Two twin beds

Summit Room – Queen bed

Marshall Room – Queen bed

Guests enjoy a bright living room with rooftop views of the St. Paul Cathedral—ideal for watching both sunrise and sunset—a full kitchen, and laundry room. The unit also features one shared bathroom with double sinks, designed for comfort and convenience during group stays.

A full breakfast in the Mansion is not included with this reservation, like with other B&B guests staying in the Suites, but may be purchased for an additional $20/person/morning.

Please note: The Penthouse is a third-floor walk-up—no elevator available—so get ready to enjoy your daily steps!
