We do not provide luggage storage or off-street parking after check-out. On-street parking is available near Boyd Park.
Payments & Cancellations
We want to make booking your stay at The New Victorian Mansion Bed & Breakfast as easy and stress-free as possible. Here’s what to expect when reserving your stay:
PAYMENTS
- For stays within 90 days: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- For stays 91 days to 18 months in advance: A 50% deposit secures your reservation, with the remaining balance due later.
- 14-Day Final Payment Rule: The full balance will be automatically charged 14 days before your stay, as cancellations are no longer available within this period.
CANCELLATIONS
- If your travel plans change, please notify us at least 15 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. A $50 cancellation fee will be charged per room.
- For whole-house bookings, holidays, and special events, a 30-day cancellation notice is required.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of your arrival, early check-outs, or shortened stays will be charged the full reservation amount.
This policy ensures a smooth experience for all guests while allowing us to provide the highest level of service. If you have any questions or need assistance, we're happy to help!

Policies
Groups: Please call for group space requests and policies.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
Parking: Off-street parking is available behind the inn for guest cars and bikes. Park at your own risk. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. Do not park on the street.
Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the bed and breakfast suite rate and is served in the Grand Dining Room on the Main floor at 9 a.m. Coffee and tea selections are always available in the dining room.
Photos: You must be a bed and breakfast guest of the mansion to take any photos. Please ask for our policies on any professional photography. During your stay at The New Victorian Mansion Bed & Breakfast, we may occasionally capture photographs of our property and guests to showcase the unique experiences we offer. By staying with us, you grant permission for us to use any photographs taken on the premises that may include you, for promotional and marketing purposes. Additionally, any photos taken by guests and shared publicly (e.g., on social media) may be reshared or used by us with proper credit whenever possible.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know upon arrival, and we will gladly respect your wishes.
